Warden Farms is a farming partnership based near Chipping Warden in Northamptonshire. The main business is farming our own 745 acres and 'stubble to stubble' contract farming of a further six farms giving a total of about 1800 acres.

We expanded our farming operation into contract farming in 1993 and have gradually taken on additional farms ever since. We are very keen to take on further local contract farming opportunities or to undertake specific contract services such as :-

Planting crops using any of the following methods
- Power harrow combination drilling with a 4 metre KRM
- Direct or standard drilling with a 4 metre Vaderstaad system disc
- Cultivator drilling (eg for Spring Beans) with a 4 metre KRM
- Direct drilling oil seed rape (or similar) by subsoiler with liquid Nitrogen application at the same time
Ploughing and pressing (7 furrow Kverneland)
Discing and pressing
Mole draining
Fertiliser Spreading (GPS controlled variable rate Amazone, SOYL compatible)
Combining using a Claas 580 on tracks with yield mapping
Spraying and Liquid fertiliser application using a 3000 litre 24 metre Househam
Self propelled sprayer (fully tested) running on Trelleborg 680/55R26.5 LGP Tyres
Slug pelleting by Quad bike
GPS Mapping of fields / features
Hedge cutting and Fencing
Ditching, draining, footings, ponds etc using 5.5 ton rubber tracked 360 Excavator
Installation of underground water systems (by moling or trenching)
Tree planting and maintenance
Hedge planting and maintenance
