All our cottages are listed Grade 11. Children and Dogs are very welcome. Footpaths and beaches are all very close and easily accessible. Moorings and dinghy park are available for a small charge.

Each cottage has:

Meadow House - (Sleeps 6/7)
Meadow HouseMeadow House is an attractive, comfortable house that sleeps seven in comfort and up to nine with the use of the double sofa bed and a put up bed. There is an extra charge for more than 7 guests.

Downstairs there is a large sitting room with open log fire and a lovely sunny conservatory furnished with table and chairs, a bright kitchen, cloakroom, shower, and utility room.

Upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom a further family bathroom and two twin bedded rooms one of which has room for a put up bed.

Guests in Meadow House have the advantage of being able to drive their car through the farm and park above Molunnan Beach.

Prices per week are from £400.00 in March to £1,390.00 in August and £560.00 in October. Linen & logs are included in this price but exclusive of Fuel. Up to 2 dogs, free of charge, but over 2 dogs £10.00 per week per extra dog

Lavender Cottage - (Sleeps 2/3) - our baby!
Lavendar CottageListed grade II and converted from potting shed to dolls house this cottage is perfect for a single person or couple. Tucked into the corner of a walled garden this is a really enchanting and magical place to stay.

There is room for a third person if using the single sofa bed and there is just room for a cot at the end of the 4'6 double bed in the tiny double bedroom.

It is pretty, warm and cosy with a small sitting room and kitchen that has French doors leading out onto a sunny patio and tiny lawn which overlooks the private walled garden.

It is approximately 200 yards from the launching slipway where the ferry lands.

Prices per week includes logs but excludes linen which can be provided on request for £13.00 per bed per week: From £180.00 in March to £445.00 in August and £280.00 in October. Up to 2 dogs, free of charge, but over 2 dogs £10.00 per week per extra dog

Barton Bothy - (Sleeps 4/5)
Barton BothyBarton is an old Cornish word meaning farm.

The Bothy is a listed building, semi-detached but totally secluded from the main farmhouse. The cottage sleeps five guests with a cot or put up bed in the main bedroom.

Downstairs there is a glassed-in porch leading to a modernised and well equipped kitchen. This in turn leads to the cosy and comfortably furnished sitting room with a large open fire.

Upstairs there is a very large double bedded room with wash basin and wonderful views and a small twin-bedded room and bathroom.

Outside there is a fenced in lawn and sunny, private patio.

Prices per week includes logs but excludes linen which can be provided on request for £12.00 per bed per week:

Place Lodge - (Sleeps 5 plus Cot)
The LodgeThis beautiful Victorian cottage was originally the coachman's house and stands at the bottom of the Place drive only 100 yards from the slipway where the ferry lands. One of its main features is its wonderfully sunny and sheltered patio. There is also a garden.

Downstairs there is a light, pretty sitting room and kitchen, a single bedroom with room for a cot or put up bed and a shower room/cloakroom.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom and twin bedded room and bathroom.

The back door opens onto a secret paved courtyard surrounded by ancient stone walls covered in rambling roses and honeysuckle. A door in the wall leads to the car parking area on the other side of which is a small sheltered lawn ideal for picnics with small children and for kicking a ball around.

Prices per week are from £350.00 in March to £1100.00 in August and £430.00 in October. Price includes Logs but not Fuel. Linen, if required, is £13.00 per bed per week. Up to 2 dogs, free of charge, but over 2 dogs £10.00 per week per extra dog
