The Place Estate with its church and Manor House has been in our family for over 400 years. It is set in the lovely Roseland peninsular, is almost entirely surrounded by sea and has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty and a heritage coastline.

There are safe, sandy beaches and wonderful walks, and it is also perfect for messing around in boats as well as sailing. Boats may be hired locally. Moorings can be arranged and dinghies parked next to the slipway for a small charge.
