LSSM is a Pilates teacher
who specializes in injuries and rehabilitation. Working one-to-one
or in a small group class and by using a reformer and other pilates
equipment, Gisela will ensure that correct alignment and technique
is achieved to ensure injury recovery, improved sports performance,
good posture and optimal health.
