The Alexander Technique teaches you
how to release the tensions which interfere with
good posture. This allows you to carry out all activities with
fluent, easy movement and good balance. If you wish to improve
your body use, both now and for the future, the Alexander Technique
will show you the way.
The Technique is suitable for back and neck ache and all postural
problems, stress,
injuries and illnesses affecting mobility and balance, voice problems
and public speaking, occupations and interests such as music,
riding, golf and other sports where skilful use of
the body is important.
