Payment can be made by Debit card or cash. The use of credit
cards will incur a 1.65% bank charge added to the total.
Quotations
A quotation for materials requested will be confirmed by
us in writing. Quotations are based on current costs and
are subject to amendment prior to payment for materials
being made.

All orders for materials are to be confirmed in writing.
In the event of orders being taken over the telephone responsibility
cannot be taken for mistakes.
Cancellations
Cancellations which must be confirmed in writing can only
be accepted prior to goods being cut or dispatched.
Size Tolerances
Whilst every effort is made to manufacturer the carpet size,
slight variations are unavoidable and a tolerance of + or
- 1.25% is allowable in accordance with clause 3 of British
standards 3655 1974. It is advisable therefore to order
1% more to the length than required.
Returns
Cut to order materials are non returnable. Other items returned
must be in the condition supplied . A restocking charge
may apply. This will be dictated by the relevant supplier.
Matching
For technical reasons it is not always possible to obtain
an exact colour match between different production batches
which have the same colour description. Samples of material
supplied will not necessarily match exactly the ordered
item. We recommend that when ordering materials "all to
colour match" is requested to guarantee all product is from
the same colour batch.
Deliveries
Anticipated delivery dates are given in good faith and whilst
every effort is made to ensure they are met this cannot
be considered as the essence of any contract. Therefore
on the rare occasion that a delay does occur we are not
able to accept liability in the event of any corresponding
claim. Site deliveries are only undertaken on the understanding
that the purchaser will be responsible for off loading the
goods and storing the same to prevent theft or damage from
weather etc.
Material Damage or Faults
Defective materials caused by transport damage must be reported
to us on receipt of delivery/collection. All goods are to
be signed for by the customer or on behalf of the customer.
Material faults must be reported to us before installation.
If faults in materials are reported after installation most
manufacturers will send an independent surveyor to inspect
the issue. This may incur a cost to the purchaser which
will be rebated if the material are deemed to be faulty.
We cannot be held responsible to delays or additional cost
due to product faults.
Manufacturers Terms and Conditions
Each manufacturer has their own product terms and conditions
and are available on request.
