Night Life The Banbury Area itself, has only limited resources for places to go for some night life apart from the 95 pubs listed - having said that, there are major developments occurring and licences for more venues are in process. At the moment though, there is only 1 cinema in Banbury and 1 part-time cinema in Chipping Norton, which doubles as a theatre. There are no theatres in Banbury, apart from the Mill, which doubles as a Live Music Venue. A fair number of pubs put on live music and there are 2 nightclubs for dancing the night away.
