During the day the graze grass in the meadow next to the house, whilst at night they are brought into a deep litter shed and are fed with wheat which is produced on the farm. Our geese have a happy and stress-free life and because they are free-range, they taste fantastic. HADSHAM LAMB - A seasonal product, available May to August Locally produced, Natural, Full Of Flavour Our traditional mixed farm with its rolling valleys, lies on the edge of the ancient sheep farming country of the Cotswolds and is ideally suited to lamb production The sheep spend most of the year grazing the banks and valley pastures. Moving into large straw-filled barns to lamb in mid January.
