Session Title: What Great Leaders Do
Great leaders inspire high performance. Yet, in the UK, only 11% of people report that their boss inspires them, according to research carried out for the DTI. That’s a massive leadership deficit. Use this session to help you plug the gap.

In this 30 minute session, Phil Dourado will :
Share THREE STORIES illustrating what great leaders do
Give you ONE KEY to developing your own leadership and the leadership of the people who work with and for you
Challenge you to agree to IMPROVE ONE THING you do as a leader, and to embed that new practice as a habit over the coming month.

He’ll be checking-up on you to make sure you do…
