The
Association was formed to improve the standard of driving instruction,
to provide a forum for discussion amongst instructors, and for members
to be able to communicate with other training organisations and the
Driving Standards Agency.
There is continual communication between BADI and the DSA at both
local and national levels, so that the members and their pupils are
kept supplied with the most up to date information affecting the driver
training industry.
The members listed below support the concept of improved driver training,
whether they are sole traders, or those franchised by national driving
schools. Most are members of the two major national trade Associations,
the DIA (Driving Instructors Association), and MSA (Motor Schools
Association) but other trade associations are also represented.
